目的・内容
植物の繁栄は、持続的人類活動の維持を根底から支えるキーポイントとなる。本シンポジウムでは、植物科学研究におけるドイツおよび日本のトップサイエンティストを招き、植物の機能の根本に焦点を当てた最新の研究実績を紹介した。特に、今回は学生の教育・啓蒙に主眼を置き、分かりやすいシンポジウム内容にした。
