Visiting IIT Ropar (SSS Unit)

From April 12–16, Dr. Ueda (SSS Unit) had the privilege of visiting the Indian Institute of Technology Ropar. we are deeply grateful to Prof. Neelkanth Nirmalkar for our daily discussions, the opportunity to deliver lectures to students, and the many inspiring conversations with fellow faculty about future collaborative research. The cultural experiences and sightseeing also added a wonderful dimension to my stay.

We are very much looking forward to welcoming my IIT Ropar colleagues to Japan as part of our bilateral exchange program, and I hope to return to Ropar again soon.

Back home, my family and team have been delighted by the delicious Indian sweets from Prof. Neel and from PhD Students —India truly is amazing!
