概要
LIPI及びLAPAN他インドネシアの研究機関のBRINへの再編統合並びにRISHの改組を受け、BRIN及びRISHの現体制と今後の方向性について相互理解を深めると共に最近の研究成果について相互に紹介し、今後の共同研究の展開について協議した。
目的と具体的な内容
今年所内組織並びに運営体制を刷新し、当研究所と多数の共同研究を行っているインドネシア科学院（LIPI）と航空宇宙庁（LAPAN）はその他機関と共にインドネシア国家研究イノベーション庁（BRIN）に再編統合された。そこで、本年度のARNシンポジウムでは、今後の共同研究体制の維持構築に向けて、BRIN及び生存研の組織改編状況を相互に共有するとともに、第10回地球規模課題セミナー（10th Sustainable Development Seminar）を併催し、東南アジアの生存基盤科学に関連する分野或いは国際共同事業における最近の研究トピックスを紹介し、現状認識を相互に深めた。さらに現状を踏まえ、今後の共同研究の進展に関する協議を行った。
生存圏科学の発展や関連コミュニティの形成への貢献
