It was the fantastic conference with 102 participants from 13 countries (29 foreign participants).

As Prof. Zhan has announced at the banquet, we will have the next conference in China. We will deliver information on the next conference to you when it is fixed.

Dear all registrants of the WCS Kyoto 2011,
As I have already informed to you, the WCS Kyoto 2011 has been re-scheduled to 6th–9th August.
Now, I would like to inform to you how to proceed with “REGISTRAION/CANCELLATION/REFUNDING” and “ACCOMMODATION” as follows:
The Conference Committee has decided that those who won’t be able to attend the re-scheduled WCS Kyoto 2011 can publish his/her paper(s) in the proceeding book if they abandon refunding of the registration fee.
By this concept, all registrants are requested to select one of the following five options (# a–# e) and inform to Ms. Miyuki Takewaka, JTB Western Japan, Corp., by e-mail (m_takewaka115@west.jtb.jp) not later than 15th June. If not, registration automatically will be cancelled without any refunding. If you select # b or # d, Ms. Miyuki Takewaka will contact to you to refund the fee.
Those who have already informed their presentation/participation to us (wcsk2011@rish.kyoto-u.ac.jp) are also requested to follow this process again.
# a: Yes, I will participate in the re-scheduled WCS Kyoto 2011. I have no presentation.
# b: No, I won’t be able to participate in the re-scheduled WCS Kyoto 2011. I have no presentation, and would like to refund the registration fee.
# c: Yes, I will participate in the re-scheduled WCS Kyoto 2011. I have (a) presentation(s).
# d: No, I won’t be able to participate in the re-scheduled WCS Kyoto 2011. I would like to cancel the presentation, and refund the registration fee.
# e: No, I won’t be able to participate in the re-scheduled WCS Kyoto 2011, but I would like to publish my paper in the proceeding book. I do no need any refunding.
Regarding the accommodation, please go to our website (http://www.rish.kyoto-u.ac.jp/WCS/Kyoto2011/), click the “Registration”, log-in to your own page, and book/cancel hotels.
