目的・内容
大気圏から宇宙圏にわたるMTI （中間圏・熱圏・電離圏）領域の研究者が可能なかぎりの発表資料を持って一堂に会し、リクエスト形式で時間無制限の講演と議論を 24 時間連続で集中的に行なうことで短期集中的にブレーンストーミングをする強化研究会。
