Mesospheric wind data taken by the MU radar (wind data)

Description:

The 1-hour averaged wind data in the mesosphere (60-100 km) derived from
the standard mesospheric observation by the MU radar at Shigaraki in Shiga
Prefecture, Japan (34.86N, 136.11E, 385m MSL). The data after the screening
process are available now.

Data and file name:

    CSV: (YYYYMMdd)_wnd.tar.gz
                 including "(YYYYMMdd).(variable).csv" files
    NetCDF: (YYYYMMdd).wnd.nc
    PNG: (YYYYMMdd)_(variable).png

variable = "uwnd", "vwnd", and "wwnd"
    uwnd: Zonal wind [m/s]
    vwnd: Meridional wind [m/s]
    wwnd: Vertical wind [m/s]

Details are described in the metadata (CSV, netCDF, PNG)

Data format (CSV data):

1st line: Altitude (km) (Above sea level).
2nd and below lines: Time, Data and flag for each height.
                       Value 999.0 means missing value.

Flag data:

The flag value (0-2) represents the quality of wind data calculated
from 1-hour averaged radial Doppler velocity data.

        0: Good
1: Sum of the doppler velocity in countering beams
           (beam number 1 and 3, 2 and 4) is more than 5 m/s
2: The number of data sampled in the data average time
is less and equal to 3
      999: Missing value (999)

For the png data, we used only the wind data with the flag value of 0.
