Echo power data in the ionosphere derived from incoherent scatter measurements
with the MU radar (text, netCDF and png format)

Description:

  Echo power data in the ionosphere (81--1231 km) taken by
 the MU radar at Shigaraki in Shiga Prefecture, Japan (34.86N, 136.11E, 385m MSL),
 which has been operated in the incoherent scatter observation mode.

Data and file name: 

  Text:   (YYYYMMdd)_pwr(ib).txt (ib = 1..4)
  NetCDF: (YYYYMMdd)_pwr.nc
  PNG:    (YYYYMMdd)_pwr.png

  Details are described in the metadata (text, netCDF and png).


Data format (for text data)：

  line 1: Azimuth and zenith angle of beam [degree]
  line 2: Height [km] (h= 1..256)
  line 3 and below: Datetime (YYYY/MM/dd hh:mm:ss -- YYYY/MM/dd hh:mm:ss)
                    and  Echo power [dB] (h = 1..256)
