目的・内容
人類の持続的発展に対する取り組みが重要視される中、電波科学という基礎から応用までカバーする学問分野が、どのようにそこに貢献していくのか。その指針を、生存圏における電磁現象，プラズマ環境，宇宙天気，計算機シミュレーション，通信工学等に関する国内外の著名な研究者による基調講演により考える。
